A permit does not establish customer demand, an open bid, construction progress or a contact’s permission to receive marketing.

Check recent USGS earthquake observations around a location worldwide. Test a location brief with facilities, operations or research teams.
This is earthquake context, not damage detection, live alerts, an all-hazards monitor or a safety assessment.

Coverage depends on the source—not a map boundary. The pilot shows bounded samples, not complete city or worldwide permit inventories.
City jurisdictions only: San Francisco does not include San Mateo or the entire Bay Area; Miami does not include Miami-Dade County. Denver covers commercial permits, with payment dates labeled. NYC covers the connected DOB NOW feed.
Not connected: Houston, Dallas and Atlanta permit feeds. National/global permit coverage is not available. Earthquake searches use the worldwide USGS catalog.
Permit checks request recent records from a 30-day window and display up to 20 records per city. Source schedules vary; cached samples can be reused for six hours, with older fallback data labeled. Missing or unavailable data is not an all-clear. Always check the original source before a business decision.

Not yet. The pilot supports on-request source checks and opt-in daily saved briefs for up to three bundles. Daily checks use the same source allowances and stop on failure or full saved-run storage; results stay inside your private workspace. Automatic AI classification, email delivery and subscription billing are not enabled. Human review is required before acting on the results.
Not by default. Each provider has its own terms and attribution requirements. Review the applicable source license before distributing or selling any bundle; Scout does not grant blanket resale rights.
This page has no forms, advertising trackers or analytics scripts added by Scout, and does not load app records. Cloudflare handles delivery and may process connection information for security and operations. Opening the private app starts a separate authenticated experience. App privacy and retention terms must be reviewed before client onboarding.
